How to commission Buttercream?

There are a few steps to follow

Commision types!

They are determined by size, complexity and add-ons.

Bust

They go from the shoulders and up.

Half body

They go from the waist and up.

Pin-up

They go from the thighs and up.

Full body

All the way, head-to-toe!

Add-ons

Some extras you can order! They cost an extra porcentage, one calculated after the other in the following other:

All add-ons are calculated following Vgen's sequential calculation of porcentages.For example: let's take a three character colored sketch pin-up illustration with two doodles and a scenic background. The base price is 80 USD, to which then we add the +75% of each extra character:80 + (80 x 0.75 x 2) = 200 USDThen, we add the price for the two doodles:200 + (200 x 0.25 x 2) = 300 USDFinally, the scenic background, and the final price would be:300 + (300*0.75) = 525 USD

- NSFW, gore or +18 content.
- Hateful content.
- NFT or AI content.GENERAL
- Do NOT attempt to get my socials or my private discord if I have said no before. It's very uncomfortable.
- I reserve the right to deny any commission request at my discretion.
- Any commission request without a proper commission form will be denied.
- I reserve the right to cancel any commission at my discretion. Please refer to the sections below on information on refunds.
- If the character does not belong to the client, the client must specify the source of the character, whether it be an anime, game or another artist.
- The owner of the character must have consented to fan art in order for me to accept the commission. (If the character does belong to another artist, I encourage you just comm them instead if you can.)PAYMENTS
- Paypal Invoice unless the request comes from Vgen. Then the Vgen system is used.
- Payment of an order will be done in two phases: An upfront payment to complete the order, and a final payment for me to finish the illustration.
- The upfront payment consists the first half of the agreed price. Once I receive it, I will start the commission!
- If I am unable to start working on the commission after the kill payment. I will notify you about the situation and refund you all paid fees myself.
- The final payment consists the remaining half of the agreed price.
- If the final payment is not provided, I won't finish the illustration until paid.WAITLIST
- If the available slots fill up before you get the chance to pay me or have your comm accepted. I will offer to put you on a waiting list.
- You have full right to decline the waiting list.
- If put on the waiting list, you will be the first person notified when the moment a new slot opens.
- You have the right to be removed from the waiting list at any time until you provide the kill payment.
- You have the option of skipping the waiting list if you pay the entire cost of the commission at once plus the 100% deadline fee. Your order will be considered a priority commission and will be done before the rest of the batch of accepted orders and on a deadline.
- The refund policy works the same for priority commissions.REVISIONS
- The client has the right to several modifications before the final half of the payment is done:
1-.......... The first sketch can have one set of major modifications. This is when I have the most freedom to modify, so this is the client's best chance to change what I am doing.
2-.......... The final sketch can have minor modifications in composition and one set of major modifications for the color palette.- After the final sketch is approved and the final payment is provided, I will assume all specifications of the drawing are according to the client's taste. Any modifications requested after this could cost from 75% to 150% extra from the agreed price unless they were my mistake.
- Excessive modifications done at any step of the process will also cost 75% to 150% extra from the agreed price unless they were my mistake.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I will provide you with a minimum of two sketches as I work. One is an uncolored sketch and the second is final sketch with rough base colors. The first one is to confirm poses, characters, etc. The final sketch is to confirm the color palette and lighting.
- Once the final sketch is accepted, I will finish the illustration and may send you wips as I go.
-I will very rarely accept commissions with deadlines, as college may interfere with those, I will only accept them if I am sure I can deliver.
- In case the final files are too heavy for Vgen, I will send the final illustrations through email.USE
- All commissions are for personal use of the client, meaning for non-profit or non-commercial uses.
- The client may post and/or use my art publicly (for example a public video) as long as proper credit is given.
- Each client will receive a watermarked and unwatermaked version of each illustration.
- Clients may only post the watermarked version on any type of social media.
- I reserve the right to post and use the commissioned piece at my discretion unless the clients states that they wish for the illustration to remain private.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will only be provided if I am unable to start either phase of the commission. In this case, a full refund of already paid costs of said phase will be provided.
- I will provide all refunds myself. Any attempts at a chargeback will get the client blacklisted.
- If you wish to cancel the commission, you must tell me first.COMMUNICATION
- I am a busy person! I will tell you whenever my schedule gets in the way of commissions (ex. college exams and homework, personal life issues, etc.)
- The most usual reason I tell clients I will take a little longer is because of exams.
- Please tell me if there is anything you'd like to add or modify about the commission.
- I will send updates as often as I can.
- If I start over the commission because I didn't like how it was turning out, I will tell you. No worries, there's no fee for this!ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL GET THE CLIENT PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED.
