How to commission Buttercream?

There are a few steps to follow

Commision types!

They are determined by size, complexity and add-ons.

Bust

They go from the shoulders and up.

Half body

They go from the waist and up.

Pin-up

They go from the thighs and up.

Full body

All the way, head-to-toe!

Add-ons

Some extras you can order! They cost an extra porcentage from the base price.

Terms of Service (read before ordering)

1. Do's and Don'ts:
I will draw:
- Original characters
- Furries
- Fan art
- Illustrations based off real people (with the person's consent.)I won't draw:
- NSFW, gore or +18 content.
- Hateful content.
- AI or NFT2. General:
- I reserve the right any commission request at my discretion.
- I reserve the right to post and use the commissioned piece at my discretion unless the clients states that they wish for the illustration to remain private.
- All commissions are for personal use of the client, meaning for non-profit or non-commercial uses.
- The client may post and/or use my art publicly (for example a public video) as long as proper credit is given.
- Commercial use of a piece requires the payment of twice the agreed price. For example, a $85 commission would cost $170.
- Commercial use of characters belonging to other artists is strictly prohibited. Just commission them instead.
- If the character does not belong to the client, the client must specify the source of the character, wether it be an anime, game or another artist. The owner of the character must have consented to fan art in order for me to accept the commission. (If the character does belong to another artist, I encourage you just comm them instead if you can.)
- The use of commissions for AI or NTF purposes is strictly prohibited.3. Payment process:
- All payments will be provided through Paypal at the moment. I will send you a paypal.me link for transactions.
- The only currency accepted at the moment is USD.
- Payment of an order will be done in two phases: A kill payment to complete the order, and a final payment for me to finish the illustration.
- The kill payment consists the first half of the agreed price. It must be paid within 48 hours after I accept the commission.
- Please send me a picture of the completed transaction for confirmation.
-Once the kill payment is received, I will show you the receipt indicating I got the money and start working on your commission.
- The commission won't be accepted unless the kill payment is received within those 48 hours, meaning someone else could take your slot.
- If I am unable to start working on the commission after the kill payment. I will notify you about the situation and refund you all paid fees myself.
- The final payment consists the remaining half of the agreed price. It must be paid 48 hours after the final sketch is aproved.
- Please send me a picture of the completed transaction for confirmation here too.
- Once the second payment is received, I will show you the receipt of the transaction and start working on the final product.
- If the final payment is not provided, I won't finish the illustration until paid.4. Waiting list:
- If the available slots fill up before you get the chance to pay me within the agreed 48 hours, I will offer to put you on a waiting list.
- You have full right to decline the waiting list.
- If put on the waiting list, you will be the first person notified wel the moment a new slot opens. I will give you the option to send the kill payment again within 48 hours.
- You have the right to be removed from the waiting list at any time until you provide the kill payment.
- You have the option of skipping the waiting list if you pay the entire cost of the commission at once plus a 50% fee to the agreed price. Your order will be considered a priority commission and will be done before the rest of the batch of accepted orders and on a deadline.
- The refund policy works the same for priority commissions.5. Refunds and modifications:
- The client has the right to several modifications before the final half of the payment is done:
1-.......... The first sketch can have one set of modifications. This is when I have the most freedom to modify, so this is the client's best chance.
2-.......... The final sketch can have minor modifications in composition and one set of major modifications for the color palette.
- After the final sketch is aproved and the final payment is provided, I will assume all specifications of the drawing are according to the client's taste. Any modifications requested after this could cost from 25% to 50% extra from the agreed price.- Refunds will only be provided if I am unable to start either phase of the commission. In this case, a full refund of already paid costs of said phase will be provided.
-I will provide all refunds myself. Any attempts at a chargeback will get the client blacklisted.
- If you wish to cancel the commission, you must tell me first. Then, I will refund you up to 60% of any paid costs myself.5. Blacklisting:
You will be instantly blacklisted if:
- You break any of the rules detailed in the terms of service.
- You use my art for commercial purposes without paying the extra fee.
- I find out the characters/people commissioned were illustrated without the author's or person's consent.
- You attempt a chargeback.
- Break contact suddenly.
- Use my art for AI or NTF.
- Any attempt to share any personal information provided during the commissioning process.
